Speech Therapy
Speech and language is often a huge barrier for children with Down's Syndrome to overcome,
often being delayed and difficult to master.
Speech therapy is one of our more ambitious projects. It
provides one to one contact on a regular basis with a speech therapist.
This also enables the child to continue to work at home on set
tasks which will encourage language and cognitive skills at the
Childs individual pace. It also provides the parents with
encouragement and guidance to their child's progress.

Sporting Sponsorship
The group can now sponsor a child/adult with Downs Syndrome to attend a sporting activity.
You can request help from us with the cost of football training, swimming lessons, tennis
lessons, ballet class etc. If we agree, it is then down to you to organise the activity and
send us the receipts for which we will refund you the cost.
